    I made a mistake when booking the number of nights, and they didn't care, making me pay for an extra night I didn't stay. In similar situations at other hotels, they canceled the extra night without a problem, regardless of the cancellation policy. In fact, two hotels in India did this on my last 訂房網站. This is the hotel in India where I've encountered the least polite reception staff, which is particularly surprising given that India is known for its excellent customer service. Some of the reception staff should read Gandhi's message that's displayed at the entrance to the reception area...they seem to have forgotten it. Otherwise, it's a very good and beautiful hotel; the rest of the staff is fantastic, from the restaurant staff to the very friendly gardener.
